Spoke too soon. After "purifying" the Evil Dragon girl, I went to Chichi room and when I interacted with her, this happened.
Seems the bug only occurs if you tried to aadvance Chichi Story quickly. Anyway, it fix itself. LOVE curent update ESPECIALLY More YURI SCENE'S 😍❤️💖
